Leah manages ATAI from the CEGA side, and has worked on ATAI since 2015. She also manages CEGA’s financial inclusion and institutional effectiveness research programs, which includes the Digital Credit Observatory (DCO), and the Economic Development & Institutions (EDI) program. Previously, she worked with global leadership at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) on project development and partnerships to increase rigorous impact evaluations across IPA’s global portfolio, with a focus on supporting Asia country offices. This included a short-term assignment to support the survey design and launch of a randomized evaluation studying the impacts of a multi-faceted program serving the ultra-poor in the Visayas and Mindanao regions of the Philippines. She holds a B.S. in International Development and a B.A. in Anthropology from Michigan State University.
