Program Manager, CEGA

Leah manages CEGA’s agricultural development and institutional effectiveness research programs, which includes the Agricultural Technology Adoption Initiative (ATAI), and the Economic Development & Institutions (EDI) program. Previously, she worked with global leadership at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) on project development and partnerships to increase rigorous impact evaluations across IPA’s global portfolio, with a focus on supporting Asia country offices. This included a short-term assignment to support the survey design and launch of a randomized evaluation studying the impacts of a multi-faceted program serving the ultra-poor in the Visayas and Mindanao regions of the Philippines. She holds a B.S. in International Development and a B.A. in Anthropology from Michigan State University.
