Leah Bridle

Associate Director of Research, CEGA

Leah oversees the design and implementation of CEGA’s research programs, currently focusing on the Agriculture, Financial Inclusion, and Institutions/Governance sectors.  Leah formerly managed ATAI from the CEGA side, having worked on ATAI since joining CEGA in 2015. From 2013-2015 she worked with global leadership at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) on project development and partnerships to increase the number and impacts of evaluations across IPA’s global portfolio. This included a stint supporting survey design and launch of a randomized evaluation of a program serving the ultra-poor in the Visayas and Mindanao, Philippines. Prior experience includes work with a microcredit NGO for Guatemalan women, research on political transitions and development indicators in Bhutan, and field experience in Himachal Pradesh and J&K in India. She holds both a B.S. in International Development and a B.A. in Anthropology from Michigan State University.
