ATAI Senior Policy Associate Kyle Murphy presented on randomized evaluations and facilitate a discussion on their use and value for the Food Security and Nutrition Network on Monday, January 30, 2017. The Technical and Operational Performance Support Program (TOPS Program), a U.S. Agency for International Development-funded learning mechanism, hosted the engagement at Save the Children’s office in Washington, DC. ATAI works with practitioners, donors, and agricultural investors to identify the most effective mechanisms for strategies to improve the welfare of small-scale farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. The event on January 30th was the first part of a series organized by the TOPS Program and ATAI.
