Mr. Yameogo is the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Aflasafe Technology Transfer and Commercialization (ATTC) Project. In this position, he is working with 11 target country teams to develop and implement a robust M&E system using ITC4D. He is a Burkinabe citizen and for the last 10 years has developed projects, designed surveys, led data collection teams, and worked with partners to develop key performance indicators. Mr. Yameogo is a statistical engineer from the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSEA) in Cote d’Ivoire, and hold a master’s degree in Strategic management from the International Institute for Water and Environmental Engineering in Burkina Faso. Mr. Yameogo has been working in the agricultural sector since November 2006 when he joined the team performing the National Agriculture Census of Burkina Faso as a statistician. Afterwards he headed the Office for Agriculture Forecasting and Nutrition at the Ministry of Agriculture. In September 2010, Mr. Yameogo joined the Catholic Relief Services program in Burkina Faso working three years as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager on various projects funded by USAID and other major donors. From 2014 to 2016, he was based in Tunisia leading the Monitoring and Evaluation of the SARD-SC wheat project for twelve countries funded by the Africa Development Bank.
